This magnificent property is set over two levels with the upper level comprising 4 bedrooms, a large pool deck, a well-equipped kitchen, and living and dining areas. The superb views from the pool deck are transcendent and within a few steps of the dining and entertainment areas.

The open plan design living areas feature a bar in the kitchen with breakfast nook, cooled by ceiling fans. The dining area seats at least 8 persons, within a few steps is the large lap pool with a wide ledge where you can sit and enjoy canapes with soothing sounds from a relaxing fountain. Loungers can be placed in the shallow end – perfect for soaking up the sun and capturing the superb sunsets.

Both the main bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and ample closet space while the other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. This is fitted with double sinks, mirrors, and a shower. A mounted TV, books and reading lamps offer options for entertainment in comfort. A writing desk offers a great place to work.

This peaceful home has some of the best sea views in Barbados, as well as a fully outfitted gym which includes a TV, free weights, and yoga mats. There are also exercise balls, treadmills and much more. There is also a garage on the lower floor with easy access to the upper floor.
